Learn How to Play Piano
Hey there! My name is Andrew Furmanczyk, this is my Piano Academy.
I’m a piano teacher in real life, and I think people around the world should be able to have access to information that will teach them how to play the piano for themselves. There are no fees, or anything expected. I’m personally sick of the quick “play piano overnight” schemes. So I’m just a practical guy helping people learn how to play piano!
This all started on youtube, so if you click on the Video tab there will be all my video lessons on how to play piano. There’s also a forum so that we can become a community of people learning how to play piano together! You could start a topic or discussion about a certain area in playing the piano. Everyone can share their knowledge so that we all learn something new.
If there is something that’s not covered you can always ask me a question about whatever is confusing you. You might also want to subscribe to my channel on youtube so you can be updated with my new lessons as soon as they come out!
Wrapping it all up, this place is can be your one stop site for learning how to play piano, without having to pay anything, or commit to it in any serious way. If learning how to play piano is something you’ve always wanted to do, or maybe you’re just curious what it’s all about. This place is for you! ^_^ My goal is to take anything that could be complicated, and make it easy and clear to understand. Enjoy yourselves!
And have fun learning how to play piano!
Yours truly,

Learning to play the piano doesn’t have to be a difficult process; indeed, it can be filled providing enthusiasm and excitement. You only have to attain the ideal BEGINNER PIANO LESSON and let the music flow!
Hey Andrew,
First let me congratulate you on your amazing accomplishment. There are thousands of people who now know how to play piano thanks to you.
I just wanted to ask you if there is any way to turn the volume higher, because I can barely listen to you on your videos! I have to stick my ear on the columns to have a clear sound!
Best wishes,
Pedro
This is a very good visual information for those piano students pursuing a quality training.

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for this videos! I am a disabled guy with motoric problems, so my fingers are moving much harder, than normal.
But I like music, and writting small melodies with mouse on computer just for fun. Recently I bought a midi keyboard for this. Than I thought what if I try playing in the normal way. I did not want to take lessons from real teacher, because of my special condition. Then I find your videos and helped me a lot! Very slowly, but I am progressing! it IS fun
Thanks again!
Lac
Thank you for your informative lessons. I haven’t found any other piano tutorials like yours for free. I am sixteen and I have started a few weeks ago. I feel like I’ll be an expert in a good two years. I already know a great deal about the piano just with the first three lessons.
Thanks a lot (from New England),
Denisha
when i become a famous rock star and i win my MTV award, I will remember you! (I will! I Will!) Can you see it? “And I’m so proud to have this award. I just want to thank God. And my parents. And a guy named Andrew…” But Really I’m into opera. So learning piano is key. (For rehearsals of the arias.)But I’m still young (and have been fortunate enough to find you) so you might very well see me on MTV.
God Bless you angel (from that New Englander again)
Denisha
Hey there Andrew,
I’ve been a drummer for years and i always wanted to play the piano. I live in Pakistan and finding a piano teacher here is almost non existent, so you are a blessing for me. Your lessons are wonderful, you help the student build on their fundamentals while keeping it simple and effective. Your approach is great !
Kind Regards,
Uzair R.

Hi Andrew,
I am so happy that I found you on youtube.com. I have always wanted to learn how to play the piano, but just couldn’t afford to pay for the lessons. I used to play the flute when I was in the 7th grade, but I dropped the class after two years.
I am actually learning to play the piano, and I am so thankful and excited. I can see myself playing the piano with two hands in the very near future! I write Christian lyrics and can put vocal melody to my songs, but have not been able to apply any instrumental to them. For years, I had been praying and asking the Lord to help me learn to play the piano, and to provide the resources to take lessons. God is always faithful! I’m looking forward to Lesson #4.
God Bless you for your generous and caring heart.
Thank you.
